Is there a limit on revisions? +

I offer unlimited revisions within reason. The goal is to get it right without dragging projects out unnecessarily.

What platforms/software do you design in? +

Primarily Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Can unused hours roll over? +

Because this is a retainer model, hours don’t roll over. But you can upgrade anytime if you consistently need more design time.

Do you create custom illustrations? +

No, I can't provide custom illustrations, but I do have parntered illistrators on stand by If you need one. It comes with an additional fee on thier end.
