Step One: Let's Chat
Before the process gets rolling, you book a discovery call with me via the contact form or the "book a call" link on the links page. From there, we meet and figure out if we vibe, which includes a deep dive into your needs, visions, background, brand aesthetic, and anything else. If we are a match after the meeting, you will then receive a proposal sent to your inbox from Honeybook directly after the meeting.
Step Two: Onboard
Once you agree to the proposal, the process begins! You will receive an onboarding workflow that includes a contract, invoice, and questionnaire all in one package. You will also gain access to the client portal where you can easily upload media, and any other necessary items for the project or partnership. Within the portal will also be timelines, FAQ guides and more.
Step Three: Execute
After we collect all the necessary information and assets, I begin the research phase to find inspiration that will bring your vision and brand to life. Depending on the project, this may involve creating a custom strategy, sitemap, mockup, hashtag research, and more. Throughout the entire process, you collaborate with me on revision rounds to ensure that your voice is heard and your feedback is incorporated seamlessly.
Step Four: LAUNCH
Welcome to the launch stage. Here, you should feel pure bliss, happiness, and confidence as you take a significant step towards making your brand as iconic as you are. During this phase, you can expect launch support, custom graphics, a website reveal, social media strategy initiation, task management, and other elements designed to elevate your business to new heights.

The web packages do not include: (01) Hosting Subscription. (02) Domain Purchase / Renewal (03) Any Stock Photos, Fonts, or Integrations such as Shopify, Flodesk etc. However it does include help to set all of these things up as well as integrate them.
Yes! You can always add a mini shop to any business website project that's not an e-commerce project. We recommend Wordpress when adding a mini shop to give 100% freedom in design, features, and other things. You can add a blog to either Wordpress or Showit which both use Wordpress for this.
No. To make it easier on you, I allow clients to book any amount of hours starting at one. This allows the client to get the exact amount of hours they need without paying too much or too little for them. You can also snag the retainer package at $800 a month which gives you unlimited hours and helps you know exactly how much you will spend each month.
I prefer to design in Canva and Figma but also offer Adobe Photoshop as well.
In spite of the fact that you have social media set up, you are not seeing the results you would like. You have products ready to sell, but sales are slow. Despite creating killer courses and offers, no clients or signups have been generated. If that is the case, then you are definitely ready! There should be a wait list for your brand and sold out months. Let's get moving, boss!
Despite how great it may look, gaining followers is not the top priority. As we work together, you'll gain an organic following, but the most significant thing is that you'll see engagement. Engagement in social media is critical because it means your followers are interested in your products or services. They participate in polls, respond to questions, support your offers etc So while you will notice followers coming in more by month three, you'll see engagement from the start.
You don't have to be extremely available on a regular basis when you work with a social media manager. Your approval is required on the 18th. Our strategy helps you manage your business and create content without feeling overwhelmed. Besides creating content for your business, we can also find influencers who have a positive engagement rate at a price that suits you.
